These Terms govern purchases and use of Promeric Academy products and the Promeric Academy storefront.

Digital Products

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, products are digital educational or organizational resources. No physical shipment is provided.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own lawful personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share publicly, or claim Promeric Academy materials as your own unless a product expressly grants broader rights.

Educational Use and No Guarantees

Promeric Academy products are provided for educational, planning, organizational, and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, engineering, licensing, or other regulated professional advice. Results depend on the user, circumstances, market conditions, and implementation. No earnings, investment, health, career, business, relationship, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Third-Party Platforms

Some products discuss or teach third-party platforms, tools, marketplaces, or services. Those providers control their own pricing, availability, policies, features, and account eligibility. Promeric Academy does not control or guarantee third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Promeric Academy products for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.

Intellectual Property

Promeric Academy names, branding, original materials, layouts, systems, text, and product assets remain the intellectual property of Promeric Solutions LLC or their respective rights holders except where expressly stated otherwise.
