Digital Delivery Policy
Promeric Academy products are primarily digital. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, no physical item is shipped and no shipping charge is required.
Digital products are delivered through the method identified at checkout or in the order confirmation, such as a download link, attached file, browser-based tool, or access instructions.
If you do not receive your digital delivery, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a broken download, contact shawndowney@promericsolutions.com with your order information so we can resolve the delivery issue.
