Digital Product Refund Policy
Promeric Academy primarily sells digital products, downloadable files, browser-based tools, educational materials, templates, workbooks, guides, and digital bundles.
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or downloaded after purchase, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, a duplicate charge, or a product that materially does not match its listing, contact us at shawndowney@promericsolutions.com. We will work to correct the delivery issue, provide the correct files, or review the transaction for an appropriate remedy.
